Damaged or Defective Items

At Prime Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another product. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we'll provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
